Meeting Chef Misi
at the Marquess of Rutland

I had the pleasure of meeting the new chef Misi Bencsik at the Marquess of Exeter.

He is hoping to incorporate our sourdoughs into his menu at this premiere pub, restaurant and hotel here in the pretty village of Lyddington.

The business is under new management and ownership. So you can expect some exciting new plans in the next few months! I’m looking forward to meeting the new team and spending more time trying out new menu. If this amazing desserts is anything to go by it is going to be a real cracker!
