Our sourdoughs at Bisbrooke Artisans take 36 hours to make from start to finish. They are 100% sourdough. This means they contain no dry yeast. We also use organic ingredients. Our breads are developed to have just the right balance of sour and chew! 🍞
The bread is delicious when lightly toasted. Serve it with a range of savoury or sweet toppings. Our sourdoughs will also freeze well and stay fresh up to 8-10 days. 🍞
There’s something amazing about buying a freshly baked sourdough loaf. You just can’t wait to get it home and tuck into it. 🙌🏽 Even more magical is giving a loaf of bread as a gift to someone you love! We had a fantastic time this weekend at the Falcon Hotel stall at the Feast of Uppingham event. We were selling our sourdoughs alongside our Falcon friends and we met some fabulous new people.
